Role Description:
As a Site Engineer at RREN Consultants and Contractors Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in site management, safety compliance, quality control, and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance with protocols and standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee material and equipment inspections.
Quality Control and Reporting:
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during construction.
Documentation and Communication:
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Conduct end-of-day assessments and plan for the next day's tasks.
Training and Development:
- Participate in training sessions and lectures to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the preparation of case study reports and documentation for training activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to current challenges.
- Knowledge of construction methods and practices is a plus.
- Willingness and readiness to work night shifts as required by project needs.
- Proficiency in English, kannada, Hindi facilitating effective communication in diverse teams and with clients.
