Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute project activities at site in line with approved timelines and specifications

Coordinate daily site operations and monitor progress against schedule

Act as the primary in office point of contact for client representatives, addressing queries and ensuring smooth communication

Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and other periodic project documentation

Supervise and coordinate labor teams to ensure productivity, safety, and quality of work

Manage material and inventory requirements at site, including tracking stock, usage, and wastage

Raise timely purchase requisitions for materials and consumables based on site progress

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on site

Liaise with the project management/head office team on progress updates, issues, and escalations
