Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in executing high-rise residential and commercial luxury projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution—from piling and structural work to finishing and final handover—ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from piling to project handover
- Execute and supervise structural and superstructure works in high-rise buildings
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Prepare, review, and interpret drawings using AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Handle site planning, resource allocation, and material management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues in office
- Supervise finishing works including interior and exterior detailing for luxury standards
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation

Required Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering




- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Proven experience in luxury real estate developments

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies (piling, RCC, finishing, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for drawing review and coordination
- Experience in high-rise project execution
- Excellent project coordination and team management skills
- Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Attributes

- Experience with reputed real estate developers or contractors
- Exposure to premium/luxury project standards and specifications
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
