Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our commercial project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Take measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
- Monitor labour productivity and deployment at site.
- Assist in planning daily and weekly construction activities.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and documentation.
- Ensure proper utilisation of materials and minimise wastage.




- Monitor work progress against project schedules and report delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and procedures.
- Coordinate with the project manager/management and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 25 years of relevant site experience, preferably in commercial, residential, hotel, or large-scale building projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, drawings, measurements, and basic quantity estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at the project site and manage on-ground execution.
