We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in civil construction projects. The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in executing and supervising civil works as per approved drawings, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD and interpretation of technical drawings is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute all civil works at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work progress, quality, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Read, interpret, and coordinate execution based on architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Prepare and review site measurements, BOQs, and quantity estimations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical issues promptly.
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Verify completed works and assist in billing and certification processes.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and site records.
- Use AutoCAD for reviewing, modifying,



and preparing basic construction drawings/details as required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and site execution.
- Hands-on experience in RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing works, and related civil activities.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
