We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and execute our industrial factory construction project in Pithampur. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing factory/industrial building construction (RCC/PEB structures) spread across 35,000 to 50,000 sq. ft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Day-to-day execution, supervision, and progress tracking of factory construction as per structural and architectural drawings.
- Contractor &
- Labor Management:
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site labor to ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Quality &
- Safety Control:
Maintain high construction quality standards, conduct material inspection,
and enforce site safety protocols.
- Site Measurements &
- Billing:
Verify site measurements, check contractor bills, and maintain accurate daily site logs/MB (Measurement Book).
- Material &
- Resource Planning:
Monitor material consumption on site to minimize waste and ensure timely delivery of cement, steel, concrete, and other construction materials.
- Industrial Construction Handling: Direct oversight of RCC work, PEB erection, heavy-duty industrial flooring (Trimix/VDF), brickwork, plaster, and site drainage.
