Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Hyderabad, ensuring alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This full-time, on-site role includes monitoring civil works, supervising contractors and site teams, reviewing drawings, and providing technical guidance to resolve issues in real time.

The position involves planning and sequencing work, tracking progress against schedules, and supporting stormwater management, grading, and utility installations.

Engineer will collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and clients, prepare site reports and documentation, and assist with inspections to support timely, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

- Civil engineering foundation: Strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Site and project execution: Experience working as Civil Engineers on active construction sites, with familiarity in Planning and coordination of civil works.
- Infrastructure and drainage: Knowledge of Stormwater Management, site grading, and related infrastructure systems.
- Education and credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; qualified certification or licensure is an advantage.
- Technical and software skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; working knowledge of CAD and basic project management tools.
- Workplace skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; commitment to safety practices and quality standards.
- Other beneficial experience: Prior work on residential, commercial, or industrial projects and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
