Role & responsibilities

- Identify suitable locations for telecom tower deployment as per RF and business requirements.

- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.

- Negotiate commercial terms with property owners/landlords.

- Finalize lease agreements and ensure execution of required documentation.

- Obtain necessary permissions, consents, and approvals from local bodies and authorities.

- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, SCM, Deployment, and Operations teams for smooth site acquisition and handover.

- Track acquisition milestones and ensure achievement of rollout targets within timelines.

- Maintain accurate records of agreements, approvals, site documents, and trackers.

- Resolve landlord and local stakeholder issues related to site acquisition.





- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety guidelines.

- Support audit requirements and documentation verification.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline

- Additional certifications in Real Estate, Telecom Deployment, or Project Management will be an advantage.

- 1 to 6 years of experience in telecom site acquisition, infrastructure deployment, real estate, or project coordination.

- Experience working with landlords, government authorities, and local administration preferred.
