A two-wheeler showroom manager oversees daily sales, staff performance, inventory, and customer service to hit revenue goals and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Targets: Drive the sales team to meet monthly and yearly vehicle and accessory quotas.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate sales executives and support staff.
- Showroom Operations: Manage vehicle inventory, spare parts stock, and test-ride availability.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints, solve delivery issues, and oversee the booking process.
- Finance & Compliance: Coordinate with loan and insurance partners for quick customer approvals.
- Visual Display: Keep the showroom clean, branded, and properly organized.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
