We are looking for an experienced furniture showroom manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of our showroom (accommodation provided)

requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in furniture showroom/retail management.

- Strong knowledge of furniture and furniture sales.
- Positive knowledge of interior work is required.
- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to organize showroom displays effectively.
- Ability to take responsibility for the complete showroom operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Completely manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead, guide and motivate all sales staff.
- Monitor individual sales performance and help every salesperson achieve their targets.




- Set and follow up on sales targets and showroom performance.
- Handle customers and support the sales team in closing important sales.
- Arrange and maintain the showroom to create an attractive and organized display.
- Decide and coordinate the proper placement and presentation of furniture products.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery and installation teams.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle customer issues and ensure positive customer service.
- Monitor stock and showroom requirements.
- Take responsibility for the overall sales and smooth functioning of the showroom.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
