We are looking for a candidate who has positive knowledge of ladies tailoring, blouse stitching, customer handling, and shop management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the tailoring shop

- Handle customers professionally and understand their tailoring requirements

- Have good knowledge of ladies tailoring and different types of garments

- Coordinate with master tailors and tailoring staff

- Follow up on customer orders and delivery schedules

- Check measurements, designs, fitting and finishing

- Coordinate alteration and correction requirements

- Maintain proper records of orders, payments and deliveries

- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable design suggestions

- Monitor the quality of finished garments

- Ensure orders are completed and delivered on time

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the shop





- Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction

- Handle basic shop administration and daily operational activities

Preferred Skills

- Good practical knowledge of ladies tailoring

- Knowledge of blouse stitching, designer blouses and dress stitching is preferred

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Ability to manage and coordinate a tailoring team

- Responsible, punctual and organized

- Ability to handle multiple customer orders simultaneously

- Previous experience in a tailoring shop, boutique or fashion store will be an advantage

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
