We are hiring for a Shift Supervisor at Bangalore location.

Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing the store and its shift team and for ensuring that the store provides the highest level of customer service possible.
- Operations

- Verify staff positioning during the shift according to the shop activity and priority
- Guarantee that shop standards are in place, ensuring correct pricing and checking expiry dates in coordination with Product
- Manager
- Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs to address their questions or concerns Communicate necessary information at the beginning of the shift, including targeted Sales, promotions and recent products,
- company policies and procedures Track the daily sales. Analyze if any issue in the shop might be affecting the weekly sales, and communicate it to the
- Terminal/Store Manager
- Supervise the inventory counting at the end of the shift
- Assume Store Manager's responsibilities in his/her absence
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the shops, beside the Cash Supervisor
- Organize and coordinate Shift plans




- Supervise the stock counting at the end of the shift
- Improve customer experience through excellent operational standards (cleaning, stock, facing, etc.). Monitor and improve
- store's standards
- People Maintain employees attitude and morale by recognizing outstanding performance and service and motivate and develop
- staff communicating their incentive results on a daily basis
- Together with the Shop Manager evaluate all store employees
- Verify staff positioning during the shift according to the shop activity and priority and coordinate holidays and absences from the staff members
- Staff Briefing - Communicate to the staff the necessary information at the beginning of the shift, including targeted sales.
- promotions, new products, company policies....
- Perform the Product Knowledge/Training to the Shop Personnel
- Customer
- Promote quality of customer service among staff by acting as a positive role model
- Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions or concerns Maintain feedback loop to other departments with customer comment cards and employee opinion.
