- Handle complete shift operations in the production department.
- Allocate work and monitor manpower during the shift.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and safety are achieved.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve shop floor issues.
- Maintain shift reports and ensure smooth handover to the next shift.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or related discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace.
- Experience in machine shop or injection moulding is preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
