Job Summary

Responsible for managing shift operations, manpower, production targets, quality, safety, and smooth coordination with support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily shift production and operations.
- Achieve production and quality targets.
- Supervise and allocate manpower.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, 5S, and safety standards.
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and production efficiency.
- Maintain shift reports and production records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Warehouse teams.
- Ensure proper shift handover and resolve operational issues.

Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG / Food / Beverages / Manufacturing / Tea industry preferred.

- Good team handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
