Role & responsibilities

Hiring for Shift Engineer (Technical).

- Monitor and operate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety, and other building services systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and engineering installations.
- Identify faults, troubleshoot breakdowns, and coordinate corrective maintenance.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures, emergencies, and technical complaints.
- Maintain shift logs, equipment readings, checklists, work orders, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, contractors, and other departments for maintenance activities.
- Monitor critical equipment parameters and ensure secure operating conditions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements,



and company standards.
- Support energy conservation and utility optimization initiatives.
- Verify completion and quality of maintenance work carried out during the shift.
- Escalate major technical issues to the Engineering Manager/Facility Manager.
- Conduct proper shift handovers and communicate pending jobs and equipment status.
- Maintain adequate availability of critical spares, tools, and consumables.
- Participate in emergency drills and support emergency response activities.

Work location - Hi Tech City ,Hyderabad .
