nJob Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

nCandidates with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification will be preferred; however, the certification is not mandatory for someone who is already excelling in a Technical Architect role.

nKey Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
n
- Define technical architecture, integration strategy,



and platform governance for ServiceNow implementations.
n
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
n
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
n
- Review technical designs, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure quality and maintainability.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.
n
- Drive platform optimization, upgrade planning, and technical roadmap initiatives.
n
- Mentor developers and provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
n
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Technical Architecture and solution design.
n
- Hands-on exposure to at least 4–5 ServiceNow modules.
n
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
n
- Experience in designing integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.
n
- Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer,



Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Workflows.
n
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform governance is desirable.
n
- Experience in performance optimization, security, scalability, and platform upgrades.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
