EY – Supervising Associate | Product Delivery Manager (ServiceNow – Moveworks)

Role Summary

EY is looking for a Product Delivery Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow, Moveworks, and Product Management to lead the delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement of enterprise solutions. The role requires a blend of technical and functional capabilities, with a robust focus on ServiceNow implementation, stakeholder management, product roadmap ownership, and Moveworks integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and lifecycle management for ServiceNow and Moveworks solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and recommend appropriate platform capabilities.
- Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, demand management, risk mitigation, UAT, and production go-live.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to resolve business and technical challenges.
- Manage and prioritize implementation initiatives to maximize business value and platform adoption.
- Establish governance, monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.

- Minimum 6 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development/implementation experience.
- Experience with Moveworks capabilities such as Conversational AI, Enterprise Search, NLU, and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Moveworks with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments.

Preferred Skills
- ITSM and HR Services domain knowledge.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Slack, HR systems, and identity platform integrations.
- Product roadmap planning, backlog management, and governance experience.

- Strong technical background with ServiceNow development and implementation expertise.
- Experience bridging business and technology teams.
- Ability to drive product strategy, delivery, adoption, and platform innovation.
- Technical-functional profile with approximately 60-70% technical and 30-40% business/stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
