Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Request Management. The ideal candidate should have experience in configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of IT service management processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Request Management. The role will involve working with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into ServiceNow solutions, and ensure successful implementation and support.

Strong hands-on experience in ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Request Management, is required. The candidate should be comfortable configuring workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, assignment rules, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other platform components.

For ITAM, the candidate should have practical experience with hardware and software asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, procurement, inventory, stockrooms, asset-CI relationships, software licensing, entitlements, reconciliation, and compliance. Experience with HAM and SAM is preferred.

For CMDB, the candidate should have a strong understanding of CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, data models, identification and reconciliation, data quality, and CMDB Health. Experience with Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and integrations will be an advantage.

The candidate should also have strong experience with Request Management and Service Catalog, including catalog items, record producers, variables, variable sets, approvals, fulfillment workflows, Flow Designer, and request/fulfillment processes.





The role will involve developing and troubleshooting ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.

The candidate will be expected to participate in production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, performance improvements, testing, deployment, and technical documentation. They should be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, customers, and other technical stakeholders.

- Strong ServiceNow scripting knowledge using JavaScript and GlideRecord
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
- Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps
- Understanding of CMDB Health, IRE, Discovery, and data quality
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, testing, and deployment
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred. CIS certifications in ITSM, ITAM, or CMDB would be an added advantage. Experience working on enterprise ServiceNow implementations and production support environments will be highly valued.
