Position Overview:

We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Administrators. These individuals will primarily support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) initiatives, with flexibility to assist in ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules during emergencies or when bandwidth allows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.
- Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide occasional support for ITSM,



CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 3 years in HRSD (concurrent experience acceptable).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration methods (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Science, Business discipline, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and GRC.

Work Workplace:

- Offshore-based role with remote collaboration across global teams.
- Must be available during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone for meetings and coordination.
