- 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow project experience.

- Solid enterprise experience in an international corporate environment.

- Advanced ITSM knowledge, especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

- Advanced Service Catalog development.

- Strong backend and/or Service Portal development.

- Experience with heavily customized ServiceNow environments.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, security, and platform capabilities.

Scripting & Development

~90% of the role is scripting/development.

- Expert JavaScript mandatory

- Strong ServiceNow server-side/client-side scripting

- Glide APIs / ServiceNow scripting APIs

- Advanced debugging and root-cause analysis

- Ability to read, understand, modify, and optimize complex existing code

- Strong software engineering and coding practices

- PowerShell and/or other scripting languages — highly desirable
