Role & responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows.

- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer flows.

- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.

- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Handle production support, troubleshooting, defect resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Perform root cause analysis and performance tuning.

- Support testing, UAT, releases, and maintain technical documentation.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/engineering experience.





- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, configuration, security, and data model.

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, workflows, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation.

- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience is preferred.

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is an added advantage.
