Zgrow Solutions is hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals for an exciting client engagement. We are looking for one ServiceNow Developer and one ServiceNow Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract (remote, India).

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Developer

1)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2)5–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience.

3)Minimum 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM development & implementation.

4)Strong experience in ServiceNow implementation and *Service Catalog.

5)Hands-on experience with *Flow Designer and Orchestration.

6)Must have 3+ years of implementation experience in ITOM and ITAM (HAM & SAM).

ServiceNow Administrator

1)Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration.

2)Experience with user, group,



role and access administration.

3)Good understanding of ITSM modules and ServiceNow configuration.

4)Experience with ACLs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules and Notifications.

5)Experience with Update Sets, Import Sets and data administration.

6)Positive understanding of Service Catalog and workflow configuration.

7)ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.

8)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
