Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on development experience in ITSM and valuable exposure to other ServiceNow technologies and applications.

- The candidate should be able to work across different ServiceNow requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, customize and enhance ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

- Work extensively on ITSM, along with exposure to other ServiceNow applications such as ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, FSO, ITAM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM and related technologies.

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Workflows and Flow Designer.

- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, APIs and IntegrationHub solutions.

- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment and production support.

- Troubleshoot complex issues,



perform debugging and optimize ServiceNow applications.

- Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders and other technical teams to deliver projects successfully.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience.

- 5+ years of experience across other ServiceNow modules

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects.

Mandatory:

- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certification.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
