Service Now professionals with 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following modules:
- ITOM IT Operations Management
- GRC Governance, Risk & Compliance
- CSM Customer Service Management
- ITAM IT Asset Management
- UI Builder
Who Can Apply Candidates with solid hands-on expertise in any one or more of the above Service Now modules are encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant Service Now experience
- Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, customisation, or development
- Robust knowledge of the respective Service Now module(s)
- Experience with scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Location: Remote / Hybrid Engagement: Contract / Project-based
