ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, integrations, workflow automation, testing, deployment, and production support.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable ServiceNow applications and solutions based on business requirements.

The role may involve working across ServiceNow product areas such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, Source-to-Pay, Finance & Accounting, IRM, LSD, App Engine, and other ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications based on functional and business requirements.
- Build workflows, automation, and business processes using Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, Catalog Items, and other ServiceNow configurations.
- Participate in application testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, and performance-related problems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and solution artifacts.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.




- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and platform governance.
- Stay current with recent ServiceNow products, features, releases, and platform capabilities.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Configuration and Application Development.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST API, and SOAP API integrations.

- Experience in ServiceNow testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

ServiceNow Modules / Product Areas Experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:

- ITSM IT Service Management
- ITOM IT Operations Management
- HRSD – Human Resources Service Delivery
- WSD – Workplace Service Delivery
- Source-to-Pay
- Finance & Accounting
- IRM – Integrated Risk Management
- LSD
- App Engine
- Other ServiceNow platform capabilities

Certification Requirements

Mandatory:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications aligned with the assigned product/module.
