Role Overview

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Consultants with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, HRSD, ITSM, SPM, or CSM, along with strong capabilities in ServiceNow scripting, workflow automation, Flow Designer, and integrations.

The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions, automate business processes, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations. Candidates should have solid experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP integrations, while following ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple industries, with exposure to modern ServiceNow capabilities including Now Assist, Agentic AI, Automation Engine, and AI-powered workflows, while collaborating on complex digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure,



and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Forms, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform platform customizations while following ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics where required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile project environments.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
- Should have expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, HRSD, ITSM, SPM, or CSM.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Experience developing and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations and automation workflows.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, security, and platform best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting, platform upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in client-facing environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
