- 8+ Years experience into ServiceNow development and Implementation
- CMDB & CSDM Leadership: Provide end-to-end technical leadership for CMDB, CSDM, data quality, CI relationships, Discovery, integrations, and governance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across these areas.
- ITSM & CSM Solution Ownership: Apply robust functional and technical expertise in ITSM and CSM to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Platform & Technical Governance: Own key platform decisions, solution reviews, releases, upgrades, and resolution of complex production issues. Ensure adherence to architecture, development, and operational standards.
- Initiative Leadership: Lead strategic ServiceNow initiatives independently, align stakeholders, define technical direction, mentor team members, and drive delivery from concept through implementation.
