Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules with a focus on ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, and related platform capabilities
- Implement and support SAM Pro and HAM Pro processes, including asset lifecycle workflows and data quality controls
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP web services
- Work on CMDB and Discovery-related configuration, data alignment, and operational support
- Write and maintain JavaScript-based scripts, business rules, client scripts, and other platform customizations
Skills Required:
- 5 to 12 years of relevant ServiceNow experience,
including 7 to 10 years of ServiceNow development experience preferred
- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform configuration
- Deep working knowledge of IT Asset Management, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITSM, and CMDB
- Experience with scalable enterprise platform implementations and data-driven workflows
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, scripting, and ServiceNow development practices
Good to Have:
- ITIL knowledge
- SQL experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
