Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and discussions with stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, functional requirements, and process workflows.
- Analyze current business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable ServiceNow functional requirements.
- Validate requirements with relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.

ServiceNow Functional Expertise

- Provide functional expertise across the ServiceNow platform, particularly ITSM modules.
- Work on ServiceNow processes such as:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Request Management
- Understand business processes and map them effectively to ServiceNow capabilities.
- Support the design and enhancement of ServiceNow workflows and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, service delivery, and operational efficiency.




- Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow/ITSM environments.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on functional experience with one or more ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management processes.
- Experience in business requirement gathering and functional analysis.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience in gap analysis and business process improvement.
- Experience working with ServiceNow technical/development teams.
- Good understanding of testing, UAT, and defect management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage
