Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, execute, and maintain ServiceNow AFT test cases and automated test scripts.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of ServiceNow applications.

Work closely with Business Analysts, ServiceNow Developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

Validate ServiceNow modules, workflows, business rules, catalog items, forms, notifications, and integrations.

Identify, document, track, and validate defects using appropriate defect-management processes.

Execute automated and manual test scenarios and analyze test results.

Maintain reusable automated test suites and improve test coverage.

Support regression testing during ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and releases.

Validate integrations between ServiceNow and external applications/APIs.

Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test data, execution reports, and defect reports.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues.
