Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring availability and performance.

- Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.

- Configure forms, fields, workflows, notifications, and catalog items.

- Monitor platform health and proactively resolve performance issues.

- Support upgrades, patching, and release deployments.

- Maintain CMDB data integrity and governance.

- Create reports, dashboards, and service performance metrics.

- Work closely with business users to provide operational support and system enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of overall IT experience with robust ServiceNow Administration expertise.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.

- Strong understanding of instance management,



user administration, and platform configuration.

- Experience managing CMDB and Service Catalog.

- Knowledge of ACLs, roles, groups, and security administration.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.

- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

- Experience supporting ITSM, Asset Management, and CMDB environments.

- Understanding of ServiceNow governance and operational best practices.

Work Model

- Full-time position.

- Work from CloudAngles Hyderabad office, 5 days a week
