Role & responsibilities

- Manage and service existing customer relationships.

- Handle customer queries, requests, and service-related issues.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.

- Support account opening, KYC, documentation, and transaction-related requirements.

- Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant banking and wealth products.

- Generate leads and support business growth through existing customer relationships.

- Maintain regular customer engagement and improve customer retention.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
