- Manage overall service centre and workshop operations.

- Achieve monthly service revenue and profitability targets.

- Monitor technician productivity, workshop efficiency.

- Ensure timely vehicle service and delivery to customers.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) and handle complaints effectively.

- Ensure quality repairs and minimize repeat complaints/comebacks.

- Lead and monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop staff.

- Coordinate with the Parts Department for smooth service operations.

- Ensure compliance with Royal Enfield service standards, warranty procedures, and safety processes.

- Review daily/monthly performance reports and implement corrective actions to improve workshop performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
