We are looking for an experienced Service Manager who can independently manage the complete day-to-day operations of our multibrand automobile workshop, including mechanical repairs, diagnostics, body shop and painting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete workshop operations independently
- Inspect vehicles and accurately identify customer complaints
- Supervise mechanical repairs, diagnostics, electrical work, body shop and painting
- Prepare job cards, repair estimates and obtain customer approvals
- Explain technical problems and repair requirements clearly to customers
- Allocate work to technicians, electricians, denters and painters
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Conduct final quality checks and road tests before delivery
- Handle customer complaints and repeat-repair cases
- Coordinate the procurement of spare parts and control unnecessary purchases
- Monitor pending vehicles, work-in-progress and promised delivery dates
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, safety and tool control
- Control repair costs, discounts, wastage and workshop expenses
- Support insurance, accidental repair and body-shop jobs
- Maintain daily reports on vehicle inflow, billing, pending jobs and collections
- Coordinate with management, accounts, stores, reception and customer support teams
- Help increase workshop revenue, productivity and customer retention




- Take complete ownership of workshop performance in the management’s absence

Required Experience and Skills

- Minimum 3 years of automobile workshop experience
- Previous experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Manager or Senior Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge of multibrand vehicle servicing and repairs
- Good understanding of diagnostics, electrical systems, mechanical repairs and body-shop work
- Ability to manage technicians and multiple vehicles simultaneously
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with job cards or workshop software
- Valid driving licence preferred
- Telugu and Hindi are required; basic English is preferred
