We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our electric scooter service center. The person will be responsible for workshop performance, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, service quality, spare-parts coordination, and overall center profitability

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the service center and ensure smooth workflow.

- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.

- Monitor vehicle diagnosis, repair quality, turnaround time, and delivery schedules.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical and service-related issues.

- Conduct regular quality checks before vehicles are delivered to customers.

- Monitor service center KPIs such as:

- Customer satisfaction

- Vehicle turnaround time

- Technician productivity

- First-time repair success

- Repeat complaints

- Service revenue

- Spare-parts consumption





- Coordinate with the spare-parts team to maintain adequate inventory and minimize repair delays.

- Ensure proper documentation of job cards, estimates, warranty claims, and service records.

- Manage warranty and insurance-related service processes where applicable.

- Train and develop technicians on EV technology, diagnostics, safety procedures, and recent product updates.

- Ensure compliance with EV battery handling, charging, workshop safety, and manufacturer guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the workshop.

- Monitor service center expenses and support achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports for management.

- Coordinate with the sales, customer support, technical, and spare-parts teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
