Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer / Technician to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of DG Sets and related equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DG Sets, automobiles, heavy earthmoving equipment, or construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of DG Sets and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Attend breakdown and preventive maintenance calls at customer sites.
- Conduct routine inspection and performance checks of equipment.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions within the required TAT.
- Carry out engine, alternator, battery, control panel, and related component checks.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation of site visits.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely resolution of service issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company service standards.
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and service equipment properly.
- Travel to customer sites as required for service and breakdown support.

Required Skills




- Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Good knowledge of DG Sets / Diesel Engines / Electrical Systems.
- Basic knowledge of control panels, sensors, batteries, and alternators.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Ability to work independently and handle breakdown situations.

Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile.
- 2–6 years of relevant work experience in:
- DG Set / Diesel Generator
- Automobile
- Heavy Earthmoving Equipment
- Construction Equipment
- Diesel Engine / Power Equipment

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in DG Set servicing, diesel engines, heavy machinery, automobile service, or construction equipment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
