nJob Description:
nWe are looking for an experienced PostgreSQL Database Administrator (Postgres DBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in PostgreSQL database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and database security.
nResponsibilities:

- n
- Database Administration: Install, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL databases.n
- Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize database performance for scalability and efficiency.n
- Backup and Recovery:



Implement and test backup and disaster recovery plans.n
- Cross-Platform Support: Manage databases on both Linux and Windows Server environments.n
- Robust hands-on expertise in PostgreSQLn
- Proficiency in SQL, shell scripting, and database monitoring tools.n
- Solid understanding of replication, clustering, and high availability setups.n
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.n

nGood to have:

- n
- Exposure to Postgress/ Mongo cloud database services (OCI).n
- Familiarity monitoring tools like ops manager, Prometheus and Grafana, SolarWindsn
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.n
