Role Summary The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing in office technical support, preventive maintenance, and fault repair for commercial and residential fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, and strength machines) across Bangalore. This role requires traveling to customer locations, diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Micro-Tasks

- On-Site Service & Repairs: Visit customer sites (homes, commercial gyms, corporate fitness centers, and sports facilities) across Bangalore to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fitness equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform routine servicing, lubrication, belt alignment, motor check-ups, cable tensioning, and electronic calibration to prevent equipment downtime.
- Breakdown Resolution: Diagnose electrical circuits, motor control boards, display consoles, wiring harnesses, and mechanical components to resolve breakdown complaints promptly.
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical issues, offer operating guidance,



and obtain service sign-offs upon task completion.
- Service Logging & Parts Management: Maintain accurate service reports, log job cards, track spare parts usage, and escalate complex issues to senior technical leads.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

- Education: ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation (Diploma holders may also apply).
- Experience: Open to Freshers enthusiastic about fitness gear and hands-on technical work, or candidates with up to 2 years of field service experience.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
- Must be willing to travel extensively daily across all zones of Bangalore.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical wiring, circuit diagrams, AC/DC motors, multimeter usage, and basic mechanical tools.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, punctual attitude, customer-centric approach, and a strong eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
