We are looking for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to manage customer service requirements for electric scooters. The candidate will coordinate between customers and technicians, ensure timely service, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive customers and understand their EV scooter service and repair requirements.

- Inspect vehicles and prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints.

- Explain required repairs, service work, and estimated costs to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.

- Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to customers.

- Conduct final vehicle checks before delivery.





- Explain completed work and maintenance requirements to customers.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.

- Coordinate warranty claims and spare-parts requirements.

- Maintain accurate service records and daily reports.

- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.

- Achieve service center targets for customer satisfaction, service revenue, and turnaround time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
