Role: Manager / Sr Manager Server /n Location: Gurugram /n Mode: Work from office /n Key Responsibilities /n The candidate will be responsible for Technology Services including Infrastructure and Operations Management. He should be technically proficient in server technology, Network, SAN management, databases, data center management, license management. /n /n

- Strong Hands-On experience on the following technologies but not limited to

/n

- Azure Active Directory , DHCP , DNS , Data center

/n

- Office 365, SSO and SAML integration

/n

- Virtualization & Hosting (VMware, Hypervisor)

/n

- Zscaler & Netskope (Good to have )

/n

- On Prem to cloud migration

/n

- MDM Tools (Positive to have )

/n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n

- 10+ years in IT Infrastructure

/n

- At least 4 years of End user applications support experience in a professional services environment.

/n

- Strong customer service focus and experience

/n

- Project management /Implementation skills

/n

- In depth knowledge of managing Hybrid Data center primarily Microsoft Infrastructure.

/n

- Strong experience in managing O365, designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure platform, Good knowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, VPN Gateways and Express Route).

/n

- Experience in Migration of various on prem Infrastructure and IT services on Cloud (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS),

/n





- Cloud Identity management, Integration of new applications into the cloud.

/n

- Ability to lead and develop technical talent (performance management, coaching, mentoring).

/n

- Strong understanding of VMware, Hypervisor, Clustering and DR.

/n

- Ability to evaluate and leverage technology, industry, and competitive knowledge to apply the most current and appropriate ideas in a forward-looking manner to support the business.

/n

- Deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

/n

- Proven knowledge of data storage and backup solutions.

/n

- Proven knowledge of security and compliance and Audits.

/n

- Proven knowledge of systems monitoring tools (both on prem and cloud)

/n

- Experience with Networking, application development, configuration, and deployment is a plus
