Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for an L1 Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide day-to-day support for Active Directory, Windows Servers, WSUS, CrowdStrike Falcon, Hyper-V, PAM/iDira and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
- Create/disable user accounts, reset passwords and manage access as per IT policies.
- Monitor AD replication, server health, disk space and infrastructure alerts.
- Manage CrowdStrike Falcon including agent deployment, unmanaged/inactive hosts, security alerts and endpoint access.
- Manage WSUS and monthly server patching in coordination with Application Teams.




- Install and maintain Windows Servers and Hyper-V VMs.
- Troubleshoot server, network and client connectivity issues at L1 level.
- Manage iDira/PAM access and MFA for users and vendors.
- Monitor infrastructure using ManageEngine/Application Manager and Dell OpenManage.
- Coordinate with FMS, ITS, Application Teams and OEM vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain backups, operational documentation and support tickets.
- Provide emergency/out-of-hours support when required.
