Role Summary The SEO & Digital Growth Marketer will drive B2B inquiries for recruitment and background verification services by improving search rankings, managing content strategy, and executing B2B outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research for search terms.

Execute SEO strategies to increase traffic and rankings.

Write and coordinate B2B website content.

Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimize cost-per-lead.

Use GTM and GA4 for tracking conversions.

Optimize Google Business Profiles and drive engagement on LinkedIn.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.5 to 3 years in SEO and lead generation.





Expertise with SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.

Experience with Google Ads and analytics.

Solid business writing and communication skills.
