We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization and a strong understanding of international digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions across international markets.

The candidate should have experience working with multiple geographies, understanding regional search behavior, and implementing SEO strategies tailored to different countries and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for international markets.
- Conduct keyword research for different countries, regions, and target audiences.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, headings, URLs, internal linking, and site structure.
- Conduct competitor and market research across international markets.
- Implement international SEO strategies, including country-specific targeting, hreflang, localization, and international website structures.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Plan and execute link-building and digital PR strategies while maintaining quality and relevance.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions,



backlinks, and other SEO KPIs.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and paid marketing teams to support overall digital marketing goals.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and international search engine developments.
- Continuously test and optimize SEO strategies based on data and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in SEO.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and keyword research.
- Experience in international SEO / international digital marketing is required.
- Understanding of international targeting, hreflang, geo-targeting, localization, and multilingual/multi-country SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience developing SEO strategies based on analytics and performance data.
- Good understanding of content marketing and SEO content strategy.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
