Casper Technologies is looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our team in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Perform technical SEO audits and fix on-site issues (site speed, meta tags, sitemaps, schema markup, etc.)
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
- Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines
- Track keyword rankings and prepare regular performance reports
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Manage local SEO (Google My Business, local citations)

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience)

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid mode)
