About the role:

- We're looking for an experienced SEO and content manager to own our organic growth. This is not a traditional content writing job. We want someone who understands SEO deeply, knows how AI is reshaping search, and can use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to move faster, without relying on AI to think.
- Your goal is not more articles. It's more qualified organic leads.
- Responsibilities include, building and executing SEO strategy, keyword and intent research, content calendars and briefs, AI-assisted drafting and editing, on-page SEO, internal linking and optimization, GA4 and Search Console analysis, Competitor and backlink analysis,



and testing new SEO and AI workflows.
- Requirements include 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, strong on-page, off-page and technical fundamentals, GA4 and Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, WordPress, solid writing and editing, and comfort using AI tools with strong judgment.
- This role is not for people who only generate AI blogs, follow instructions without understanding why, or report traffic without insight.
