We are looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Specialist with strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in traditional SEO while staying current with AI-driven search, Google AI Overviews, Zero-Click Search, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) .

The role involves managing SEO strategies for multiple client websites, working closely with content, digital marketing and development teams, and confidently presenting strategies, performance reports and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, leads and conversions.
- Perform technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO audits .
- Conduct keyword, competitor, search-intent and content-gap research.
- Optimize content, metadata, headings, internal linking, images, URLs and landing pages.
- Develop strategies for Google AI Overviews, Zero-Click Search, AEO and GEO .
- Improve content structure and topical authority for both traditional and AI-powered search.
- Implement/recommend Schema.org structured data and JSON-LD .
- Manage technical SEO including crawling, indexing, canonical URLs, redirects, robots.txt and XML sitemaps.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, mobile performance and page speed .
- Develop ethical backlink, digital PR and website authority strategies.
- Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization where required.
- Monitor Google algorithm and AI-search developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools .




- Prepare professional monthly SEO reports covering rankings, visibility, traffic, conversions and AI-search opportunities.
- Present SEO strategies, reports, findings and recommendations confidently to clients and management.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, content writers and digital marketing teams.

Required Skills
- 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience .
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO and Off-Page SEO.
- Solid understanding of Google AI Overviews, Zero-Click Search, AEO and GEO .
- Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4 .
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis and content strategy.
- Knowledge of structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals and JavaScript SEO.
- Experience using AI tools for SEO research, content analysis, optimization and automation .
- Understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and modern website architecture.
- Experience with multilingual/Arabic SEO and UAE/GCC markets is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills , with the ability to conduct client meetings and explain technical SEO concepts clearly.
