About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented AEO & SEO Executive who understands both traditional search engines and modern AI-powered answer platforms. This role focuses on improving organic visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and positioning The Interia as a trusted authority across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies to improve rankings, visibility, and discoverability across Google and AI answer engines (SGE, ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Copilot, etc.).
- Optimize content for search intent, featured snippets, FAQs, structured answers, and entity-based search.
- Conduct advanced keyword and query research, including conversational and question-based searches.
- Implement strong on-page SEO practices: meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and content optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Create, optimize, and scale AEO-focused content such as FAQs, guides, comparison pages, and AI-friendly content blocks.
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align organic growth strategies with business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI visibility tools.




- Monitor search algorithm updates, AI search trends, and evolving SEO/AEO best practices.
- Support authority-building and backlink initiatives to strengthen domain credibility and trust.
- Prepare actionable reports highlighting growth insights, opportunities, and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Clear understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), structured content, schema, and entity SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Solid understanding of user intent, content strategy, and AI-driven search behavior.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven experience in SEO is required; experience with AI search optimization is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
