Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Workday & Technical Systems Analyst with robust experience in Workday integrations, technical solution design, development, and production support. The role involves working closely with HR, Product, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to deliver scalable and reliable HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations
- Work with Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs
- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve complex technical issues
- Perform troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Develop test plans, coordinate testing, and manage defects
- Collaborate with business, technical teams, architects, and vendors
- Support system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives




- Maintain technical documentation and support audit, security, and compliance requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
