We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer with 10 - 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Workday Prism.

The role will involve designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio.
- Work on integration development, enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
- Utilize Workday Extend to develop and enhance Workday applications and solutions.
- Work with Workday Prism Analytics for data integration, transformation, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze integration issues and provide effective solutions within agreed timelines.




- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements.
- Participate in integration design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations and solutions.
- Ensure integration solutions follow Workday best practices, security standards, and development guidelines.
- Support data validation, integration testing, and issue resolution across environments.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend.
- Experience with Workday Prism.
- Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and development lifecycle.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Workday integrations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and related integration tools.
- Experience working with complex integration requirements and multiple downstream/upstream systems.
- Experience in end-to-end integration implementation and production support.
- Understanding of Workday security and integration-related configurations.
