Must-Have Skills

- Windows OS Image Design, Creation, Deployment & Testing
- Golden Image creation for Windows & Linux
- HCL BigFix – In-depth expertise is mandatory
- Windows Server & Client OS image creation
- PowerShell, Chocolatey & Boxstarter
- Windows DSC (Desired State Configuration)
- WSUS & Nexus
- Developing scripts/packages for deployment through BigFix
- Microsoft Edge & Google Chrome administration/configuration
- Microsoft Intune & Defender
- Microsoft ARC & ESU deployment

• WinZip installation packages & configuration

Additional Skills




- ServiceNow communication & change management
- SOX, PCI & CRAF audit documentation
- Tanium reporting
- Power BI dashboard creation
- Project management skills
- Robust communication, analytical & problem-solving skills

• Willingness to participate in off-hour/on-call support rotation
